Shipping

U-Care sends weekly shipments to the warehouse in Belgium. Once in Belgium, the products are sent out to customers with B-Post. 

- Delivery time: 1 – 2 days 

If the stock is exhausted in Belgium, we will contact you to confirm the new delivery date.

Please bear in mind that the current global pandemic has hurt shipping companies too which has a negative effect on delivery times. We do our best to deliver as soon as possible.

- B-Post Locker Delivery + Insurance (€5.70)

B-Post Locker Delivery
B-Post lockers are 24/7 available.
We will choose the nearest parcel locker based on the address you have input during the ordering process.

B-Post Home Delivery
Parcels will be sent at the address you have imputed during the ordering process.

In both cases, once the parcel has been sent out, you will receive a B-Post tracking number. When the parcel has been delivered, you will be notified by SMS or by e-mail.

We are not held accountable if parcels are lost or damaged during shipping with B-Post.


Ordering

After clicking on your product of choice, you can choose how many items you like to order. Click then on the button “ADD TO CART”. You can do this several times for different products.

When you finish adding to your cart, on the right upper corner you will find the cart icon and the total amount of products currently in your cart. Click on that icon and follow the  steps to finalise your order.

Tax and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.


Payment

- Method: Credit Card ; MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY.

After you have finalised your order, follow the payment instructions. Payment is done by Credit card 

When you finalise your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We will send you another confirmation email including the B-Post tracking number of your parcel.


Refund

Due to the nature of these products, being hygiene protection products, we will not refund.

We make sure that our products are of high quality and well packed when shipped. However, If the products are damaged, we will replace them only if the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect.
